The starting point was an existing brochure that needed to be brought in line with Knight Frank’s latest brand guidelines. However, the opportunity was much bigger than a visual refresh.
Clare’s Residential Consultancy team operates across KSA, the UAE and the wider MENA region, advising on everything from product definition and pricing strategy to go to market planning and sales delivery. The challenge was to communicate a detailed and strategic offer in a way that felt clear, engaging and distinctive, while still remaining unmistakably Knight Frank.
Our role became that of a strategic creative partner. Working closely with the team, we reshaped the structure and narrative so the content flowed logically and supported real conversations with developers and investors. We expanded the existing brand guidelines to suit this specific service line, creating additional brand assets including bespoke infographics, iconography and visual devices to help explain complex processes and services simply.
The aim was not just to make the brochure look better, but to make it work harder. Complex consultancy services were translated into something accessible, confident and commercially focused, helping the team clearly articulate their expertise and leadership in the residential market. Just as importantly, it gave Clare something she could feel genuinely confident presenting to prospective clients and a piece of collateral that properly reflects the quality of the Knight Frank brand.
