Holdgate Consulting had built up 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, but their website wasn’t doing the same heavy lifting. With ambitions to secure larger, more profitable commercial contracts and framework tenders, they needed a digital presence to match their technical credibility and showcase their unique blend of civils and structures capability.
Our challenge was to create a site that worked harder: elevating their brand, communicating clearly with both domestic and commercial clients, and signalling their readiness for bigger opportunities.
We designed and built a bespoke website, shaping the UX and UI around user journeys for their key audiences - from residential homeowners to developers, architects and public sector bodies. The content approach balanced clarity with technical authority, using layman’s terms where needed while embedding their credentials and accreditations for decision-makers. And the clean, modern design system built on their recent rebrand, giving their new identity the space to breathe and grow.
The result is a confident, approachable and professional website that’s already delivering, with higher engagement and an uptick in enquiries from the commercial clients they want to attract.
