Because it’s such a special location, every single floor was snapped upfaster than you can say, ‘iconic and architectonic’. That is, all but onefloor. Floor 8. And though that wasn’t great news for Floor 8, it was greatnews for us, because we were asked to market it.
Knight Frank wanted brochures, emails and videos. So we listened carefullyto the brief (like we always do) and we got to work. And our support helped toturn a potential void into a towering success.
Floor 8 was the last remaining floor in the iconic new development thatLeeds had been waiting for.
Firstly, we tapped into a little creativity. We took a notebook, a cameraand our curiosity and went and sat on Leeds City Square. We listened, looked,sensed into the space, and made notes.
Full of inspiration, we presented Knight Frank with three very differentconceptual approaches.
With a happy client and a direction chosen, we collected CGI mock ups,photos, drone footage and started crafting copy.
The finished brochure, video and emails helped Knight Frank take Level 8 tomarket.
And what an outcome. Using our focussed brochure, Knight Frank quicklysecured a lease for Floor 8 with an international fintech. What could have beena very costly void period became a brilliant success story with a very handsomeannual profit.
