We believe great design should feel effortless. But it should also be deeply considered.
That’s exactly how we approached this project for one of the UK’s leading commercial property consultants.
We’ve had the pleasure of supporting Ryden for many years - from brand guides to brochures, social content to campaign creative - so when they asked us to help reimagine their website, we knew it needed to do more than just look the part.
Ryden’s website needed to work hard, feel seamless, and reflect the character, confidence and expertise of the people behind the brand.

The Challenge - From Cluttered to Consistent
Ryden’s existing website had lost a little focus. With ad hoc additions and edits by various agents over time, the user journey had become somewhat disjointed and there had been a dip in performance across key metrics.
Ryden asked us to:
• Modernise the visual design
• Improve usability and navigation
• Reflect Ryden’s culture and values more clearly
• Strengthen SEO performance
• Drive more meaningful conversions
This wasn’t about adding more – it was about removing friction, stripping back the noise, and building a cleaner platform for future growth.
Our approach - we always begin by listening carefully
Supporting our clients and being in service are key values we uphold throughout all of our work, from start to finish. It was no different here.
Mapping the Journey
We ran a full UX and content audit to identify weak spots and untapped opportunities. Together with Ryden’s marketing team, we restructured the sitemap into six intuitive sections – Property Search, Services, People, Projects, Insights, and About Us. Our focus was on simplicity, logic and ease.
Calming the Chaos
We pared back outdated graphics and design inconsistencies, introducing a clearer visual language and a more balanced layout. Our aim was to give every page purpose and every visitor confidence.
Putting Content to Work
We elevated the voice of the brand, refining service pages with clearer content hierarchy, embedded keywords and sharper, more visible calls to action. The homepage was rewritten to express Ryden’s offering more directly, boosting both relevance and search visibility.
We also guided updates to their content strategy, helping them surface insights in smarter, more engaging ways. After all, expert commercial property advice deserves to be seen.

Strategic outcomes - clarity meets conversion
The result is a simpler, faster, and smarter website, one that reflects Ryden’s experience, expertise, energy and professionalism.
Clearer navigation
Users get where they need to go, and take action when they get there.
Optimised content
Driving stronger performance on search.
A cleaner design system
This gives the whole brand more polish and consistency.
Consistent voice
And a more confident tone of voice brings it all together.
Ultimately, we’ve helped Ryden create a digital space that supports their clients, empowers their team, and sets them up for the future. Because when you care about the work – and the people you do it with – you don’t just deliver a website, you build a partnership that lasts.
Devoted to design. Rooted in results. Primed for partnership.
“Fifth House understood exactly what we were trying to achieve, not just a better-looking website, but one that truly reflects who we are. The process was smooth, collaborative and strategic from day one.”
